Arg!

I got my stitches out on Thursday (I thought it was Wednesday all day!) It went pretty well, although I felt faint.

Tomorrow I am planning on making Pizza Dough from The Bread Baker's Apprentice we'll see if I have the energy. It's already 3:00 am.. *sigh*

I am also planning on making Five minute Tomato Sauce from 101cookbooks.com I'm excited to make real pizza. This type you are supposed to throw, I'm not sure if that will work with my finger bandaged up, but I won't find out until tomorrow anyway, as it's a two day recipe.
